Molding & Casting Process

Environmentally Friendly Molding with Ceramic Sand & Sodium Silicate.

Our primary molding process uses ceramic sand bonded with sodium silicate, providing:
  • Superior dimensional accuracy
  • Excellent surface finish
  • Zero harmful chemical binders
  • Reduced waste and environmental impact
  • We utilize highly automated vertical & horizontal molding lines
Melting process
  • We have two one-ton coreless induction furnaces.
  • We utilize batch melting to meet customer-designated product specifications.
This clean, efficient process is ideal for stainless steel and alloy applications requiring precision and performance.
