About Us

Welcome—we’re proud to share our story with you. Since 2014, our foundry has been built on craftsmanship, innovation, and a commitment to delivering castings you can trust.

Founded in 2014, our modern stainless steel foundry was built with a vision to blend traditional casting expertise with cutting-edge technology—right here in Northern Minnesota. Our first melt was poured in May of that year, launching operations on ductile iron components for the recreational vehicle industry.

From the beginning, we’ve been driven by innovation and regional collaboration. Simultaneous to developing our production processes, we actively pursued partnerships within the nearby iron ore mining sector. In 2017, our stainless steel castings were successfully tested and accepted at Cleveland-Cliffs Northshore Mine, a milestone that opened the door to further testing and acceptance across other area mines for both straight grate, traveling grate and wear components.

As demand and capabilities grew, so did our facility. During 2023 and beyond, we have made major capital investments to expand into new product lines, including the addition of horizontal molding, robotic grinding systems, in-line blasting equipment and a new dual head waterjet. These investments have significantly increased our efficiency, consistency, and capacity across a range of applications.

Environmental responsibility is a key part of our operation with our customer scrap recycling program. We’ve made a significant investment in an environmentally friendly molding process that uses ceramic sand bonded with sodium silicate—eliminating the need for harmful chemical binders. This clean, sustainable system not only reduces our environmental footprint but also produces castings with excellent surface finish and dimensional accuracy.

Today, our foundry remains proudly rooted in Minnesota, producing durable, high-quality heat-resistant stainless steel castings and wear components for customers who value reliability and craftsmanship. Whether you need parts that can stand up to the demands of mining, transportation, or industrial use, we are built to deliver—with integrity and innovation at the core of everything we do.

Our castings are trusted in some of the most demanding environments, including iron ore crushers, pelletizing plants, and sinter operations throughout the Upper Midwest. We specialize in high-volume stainless and alloy components under 100 pounds—such as wear plates, grate bars, and crusher parts—designed for strength, heat resistance, and repeatable performance. As we grow, we’re interested in expanding into emerging markets with precision components —delivering castings where quality and reliability are non-negotiable.
