At Cast7, our clients receive durable and dependable parts and equipment from our foundry operations, located in Hibbing, MN, as we incorporate a significant portion of recycled material into our manufacturing process. By doing so, we not only enhance the quality of our customers’ processed iron ore pellets, but also contribute to a safer and eco-friendly approach to manufacturing.
Who we are.
Cast7 is one of 4 business units that form Group M7, a leader in processing natural resources. As a Group, we invent and manufacture equipment that helps mining organizations provide all the materials for essential goods and services that we, as consumers rely on – smooth roads, construction material, and cell phones/tablets/computers that connect us. At Cast7, we design and manufacture induration furnace replacement parts for pelletizing operations and sintering plants. We are committed to ethical practices and environmental stewardship, setting an example for the industry.

Our company is expanding not only in the United States, but also globally. As part of our growth, we are enhancing our facilities by adding state-of-the-art technology and equipment, including Robotics, and starting to expand our plant as well.
